I write this story because it's the little things in life that makes our life just a little bit better. I have a friend who lived with me for about a month, because she was going away for a year to study, and she didn't have a place to stay until she had to travel.
A few days before she left, she came to pick up her last things and when I came home, there on my desk was a letter from her, telling me how much she appreciates our friendship. Now she is in Scotland and I miss her very much. But every time I read this letter I just know that our friendship will last a long time and I'm happy. A little thing which means a lot. |
